UZH Faculty of Law: Senior Teaching and Research Assistant (Oberassistenz) for International Space Law and Law of the Sea (full-time)
The Schindler Centre for International Law has a newly created position to be filled as of November 1, 2026 (or by agreement):
Senior Teaching and Research Assistant (Oberassistenz) for International Space Law and Law of the Sea (full-time)
The position is intended for a junior researcher who wishes to pursue a habilitation in the field of international space law and is aiming for an academic career. The person will represent both legal fields in newly designed courses and actively engage in the Schindler Centre's research community. In addition to an excellent doctorate, candidates are expected to show strong commitment as well as a willingness to build international networks and to pursue continuous interdisciplinary further training in both legal fields. The position is limited to four years, with the possibility of a two-year extension.
