Welcome to UZH Space

UZH Space is a platform to connect and integrate all space-related activities at the University of Zürich under one shared umbrella. The primary goal of UZH Space is to create a vibrant, interdisciplinary platform connecting researchers across departments and faculties working on space-related topics.

The University of Zürich is home to a diverse range of space-related research, spanning astrophysics, Earth observation, space life sciences, robotics,sustainability, ethics, and theology, and many more, involving over 35 research groups across nearly every faculty.

UZH Space serves to coordinate space-related research and activities at the university, organize regular events, connect researchers with tools and infrastructure, encourage novel research, and support innovation and entrepreneuership.
